EFIA offers a full range of qualifications to suit your training needs, from general leadership and management training to more specific flexographic training with our academy courses and packaging focused degrees and apprenticeship schemes.
Introducing the EFIA Academy - our modular e-learning programme designed by leading flexo print experts. EFIA Academy has been developed by the industry for the industry!
A web-based solution designed to support continuous professional development within the entire flexographic supply chain from packaging designers to printers and brand owners.
To support its online platform, EFIA has a hands-on training programme which takes place at partners’ premises.
Hands-on training demonstrates first-hand to students what they have learned online and is available free of charge to EFIA Academy students. Working in a real environment, across a range of technologies, students gain valuable practical insight into the various aspects of the flexographic industry, alongside skilled and experienced coaches available to answer questions.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
EFIA’s CPD framework makes recording and tracking easy and straightforward and allows students on the EFIA Academy to work towards CertEFIA and DipEFIA accreditation.
CPD can involve any relevant learning activity, whether formal and structured or informal and self-directed and is encouraged in most industries to ensure that participants remain competent in their profession.
Management & Leadership Skills Based Training
EFIA has partnered with Leeds Beckett University and the Retail Institute to provide skills-based learning for junior, middle and senior management level employees.
Experiential - Practical - Action Oriented - Learning
EFIA has partnered with SkillCert to provide a level 2 PMO (Performance Manufacturing Operations) Apprenticeship.
