EFIA Launches New User Friendly Website

The Board of the European Flexographic Industry Association (EFIA) is delighted to announce that after a lot of hard work and consultation, its new user friendly website is available for use by EFIA members and the entire flexographic supply chain.
Joanna Stephenson, EFIA Marketing Director, said “Technology is moving very quickly in the online world and our association needed a new, easy to use, web format that would work across multiple devices – be it mobile phones, tablets, PCs or Macs.”
The new website loads quickly, is flexible for fast updates, and holds the latest information on EFIA news, events, training and education.
Stephenson continued: “The website tends to be the first place our members look for information so we wanted to have everything held in one place to make it easy to search and access the latest news. For the first time members will be able to book tickets for the Gala Dinner online, download entry forms and book training – all in one flexible location on the web.”
Debbie Waldron Hoines, Executive Director of EFIA comments “It will make such a difference to the operation of the Association to have online booking for events. We’ve just launched a series of new training programmes in partnership with the Leadership Centre at Leeds Beckett University, as well as planning a new packaging seminar in 2015 – all of which can be accessed via the new website. We’re thrilled at the opportunity this technology presents to us.”
The desktop version of the new site was launched last week, with additional features including a new Members Log-In area and a responsive design optimised for smart devices to be rolled out soon.
